Making a purchase from The Silver Trinkets means that you have read, understood and agreed to the following return, exchange and refund terms.

We are committed to giving you a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Every jewellery piece is checked carefully before dispatch and packed with proper care.

Due to the nature of jewellery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Please review the product details, images, size, colour, price and description carefully before placing your order.

No Return Or Exchange On Jewellery

Jewellery items are personal-use products. For hygiene, quality and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges if:

You do not like the product after delivery.

You changed your mind after placing the order.

You ordered the wrong product, colour or size.

You no longer need the product.

There is a slight colour or shine difference due to screen settings or lighting.

The product has been used, worn, damaged or altered by the customer.

Damaged, Wrong Or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

You can contact us through phone, WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

Please share clear product photos, outer package photos and an unboxing video for verification.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and confirm the next step.

Any request raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Product Condition For Approved Cases

If your request is approved, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging with tags, invoice, box and all accessories received with the order.

If the product is used, damaged, missing packaging or does not pass our quality check, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

Product Colour And Finish

Our products are photographed carefully to show the design as clearly as possible.

However, the actual product may look slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography or handmade finishing.

Small differences in colour, polish, shine or finish will not be treated as a defect.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has not been dispatched, we may cancel it and process the eligible refund for prepaid orders.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a dispatched order is refused by the customer or returned due to wrong address, unavailable customer or failed delivery attempt, shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refund

Refunds will be processed only for approved cases.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Refund timelines may depend on the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.

Only the eligible product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges, gift packing charges, COD charges, international shipping charges, customs duty or any other additional charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Store Credit Or Replacement

In approved cases, The Silver Trinkets may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue and product availability.

If the same product is not available, our team may suggest another product or process an eligible refund.

Please do not send any product back without approval from our team.

Any parcel sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted or processed.

The final decision regarding return, exchange, replacement or refund will be taken by The Silver Trinkets after checking all details.
