The payments on The Silver Trinkets can be made using the payment options available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery will be available only if it is shown at checkout. If COD is not available for your location or order, the order must be prepaid.

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact your bank or payment provider. In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed as per the bank or payment gateway timeline.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID.
Any delivery-related issue, such as missing item, damaged parcel, wrong item or empty package, should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos, package images and an unboxing video wherever required. This helps us check the matter with the courier partner and resolve it faster.
After the given reporting time, the parcel may be considered received in proper condition.
Wrong Address Or Failed Delivery
Please enter your full and correct shipping address while placing the order.
The Silver Trinkets will not be responsible for failed delivery due to wrong address, incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel.
If the parcel is returned to us and you request re-shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.
